The Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations have changed significantly for Nebraska as of September 30, 2011.The current rates for each individual project are included in the original proposal or added via addendum.

                                                        

E.E.O. CONTRACTOR SELF-ANALYSIS FORM for 2012

All contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants that work on NDOR projects (State and/or Federal funded) are required to submit an E.E.O. Contractor Self-Analysis Form annually during the month of January.  Self-Analysis Forms for 2012 must be submitted to the NDOR Highway Civil Rights/DBE Office and must be received by January 31, 2012. Forms submitted in 2012 are valid through January 31, 2013.
